Who We Are — WIRA | Who I Really Am
A 16-Year Story of Purpose

Built on
Borrowed Time
and Given Talent.

WIRA was never funded by a foundation grant or a corporate sponsor. It was built — entirely — by people who believed in the mission and gave what they had: mothers, educators, musicians, developers, and community leaders who showed up because they believed the world needed this framework to exist.

Who
I Really
Am.

Three words. One question that changes everything — for the individual, the family, the school, and the community — when someone takes it seriously enough to build a life around the answer.

The Question at the Heart of Everything

A Vision Found.
A Mission Built.

The seed of WIRA was planted by Roger M. Anthony, a visionary who had spent years asking one persistent question: why do so many people — regardless of their background, education, or circumstances — never discover the full depth of who they are? Through his work with Crocodiles International, Roger developed a philosophical narrative framework built around Seven Islands of Transformation and a hero's journey called The Tale of Hope.

Roger planted the seed. Tammy and Peter built the living organization.

Roger's framework was compelling — and Tammy Jensen built it from there, recognizing what it must become. Tammy brought to it something rare: a networker's heart, a visionary's eye, and an unstoppable willingness to work. When she and Roger connected and began building together for a season, the framework began to live. And when Tammy founded Who I Really Am and stepped fully into her own calling to carry this mission forward, something larger was born.

"I have discovered that we all have a divine mission and purpose, and that nothing ever happens by chance or coincidence. Every circumstance contains some silver lining for our ultimate good toward the fulfillment of our mission and purpose."

— Roger M. Anthony · In Memoriam

Tammy composed the music. She wrote the curriculum. She built the old website alongside a team of volunteers. She traveled — to Africa, to schools, to communities across the United States — sharing the vision with all who were ready for it. What WIRA is today — the curriculum, the music, the partnerships in 22 nations, the freedom of the free course — all of it flows from that founding decision to take the mission seriously and give everything to it.

In Memoriam

Roger M. Anthony has since passed away. His vision, his words, and the framework he gave to the world live on in every family, school, and community that has encountered Who I Really Am. We are grateful for the seed he planted.

Originator · WIRA Framework · Crocodiles International

The philosophical architect of the seven-island framework and author of the original WIRA narrative. Roger's conviction that every person has a divine mission — and that identity is the key to unlocking it — became the foundation on which WIRA was built. His words continue to anchor the mission across 22 nations.

"

Throughout generations we have become alarmingly unaware of who we really are and what we are truly capable of. Yet our true potential lies dormant within the subterranean realms of our lives, yearning to be released to serve us.

Our Mission

The Seven Islands
of Transformation

In the Tale of Hope, Raja journeys through seven islands — each representing a principle that must be lived, not just learned, before moving forward. These are not abstract virtues. They are a sequence. A path. And they work everywhere they are taught.

01
🌱
Humility

The foundation of all lasting growth. Nothing is truly built without it. Respa the Crocodile is your first guide.

02
👁
Awareness

Seeing clearly — yourself, your world, your purpose. Wira the Owl teaches that silence reveals what noise conceals.

03
🔥
Commitment

The decision to stay the course regardless of circumstance. Purpose without commitment is just a wish.

04
🦅
Courage

Acting in the presence of fear, not the absence of it. Inrock the Eagle guides you through the storm.

05
⚖️
Self-Discipline

The mastery of self. Where lasting external order begins — always from the inside out, never the reverse.

06
🌊
Resilience

The capacity to rise — not just once, but habitually. Every time. No matter what life brings.

07
Abundance

The destination: Cowra — the Land of Hope — where you are finally free to live as who you really are.

"Your transformational journey begins by reading The Tale of Hope — the story of Raja's escape from the oppressive Land of Yalwuna toward the Land of Cowra, where everyone is free to be who they really are. Each island builds upon the one before it."
