Who I Really Am was never funded by a foundation grant or a corporate sponsor. It was built — entirely — by people who believed in the mission and gave what they had: mothers, educators, musicians, developers, and community leaders who showed up because they believed the world needed this framework to exist.

A Mission Built.
The seed of Who I Really Am was planted by Roger M. Anthony, a visionary who observed how very few of us discover the vast potential we possess, and thus seldom realize the very reasons for our existence. Through his work with Crocodiles International, Roger developed a philosophical framework built around Seven Islands of Transformation and a hero's journey called The Tale of Hope.

— Roger M. Anthony · In MemoriamAfter Roger's passing, Tammy Jensen continued building the program with a team of dedicated volunteers. The music, website, and programs were developed. Expanding from the United States into Africa, the programs were shared in families, schools, businesses, and communities.
What began as a business became something more. In December 2023, Who I Really Am obtained its official 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status — formalizing, on paper, what had already been true in practice for over a decade: a mission carried forward entirely on donated time, donated talent, and the conviction that this framework needed to exist. Today the programs flow freely to the world with a mission to gather and unite through the education of principles of integrity and self-mastery.
Roger M. Anthony has since passed away. His vision, his words, and the framework he gave to the world live on in every family, school, and community that has encountered Who I Really Am. We are grateful for the seed he planted.

Who I Really Am has never had a single large institutional donor. What grew this organization over sixteen years was something rarer and more durable than money — people who gave their actual lives to it. Mothers, educators, software developers, musicians, writers, and community leaders donated their evenings, their professional expertise, and their creative gifts. None of them were paid. All of them changed lives.
