I asked it during one of the hardest seasons of my life — when I felt like I was doing everything right and still felt lost. And the journey that followed that question became WIRA.
Sixteen years ago, we started building something with no funding, no grants, no guarantee it would work. Just a deep conviction that the world was losing people — children, parents, whole families — not to poverty or disease, but to something quieter and more dangerous: the loss of knowing who they are.
We have watched that conviction proven right in 22 countries.
