2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you register for a course, make a payment, or contact us. This may include:

• Contact information: Email address, mailing address (street, city, state, country, postal code)
• Payment information: Billing details submitted through our Stripe payment processor (we do not store your card number — see Section 5)
• Account activity: Course enrollment, membership status, and engagement history

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to better understand how our content is used. This data is aggregated and not personally identifiable.

• Fulfill the "Buy One, Sponsor One" program — providing a scholarship seat to someone in need on your behalf

5. Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. WIRA does not store, process, or have direct access to your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials.

By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

Your 14-day free trial begins at enrollment. After the trial period, your card will be charged $35/month unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: With trusted vendors who help us operate our platform (e.g., GoHighLevel for CRM and email delivery, Stripe for payments, Google for analytics). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of WIRA, its staff, or the public
• Organizational transfers: In the unlikely event of a merger or restructuring, your data may transfer — you will be notified in advance

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you cancel your membership, we will retain records as required by applicable law and nonprofit accounting standards.

WIRA operates globally, serving learners in 22+ countries including Nigeria and across Africa.
