Please read these Terms of Service carefully before enrolling in the WIRA Foundations Course or any WIRA program. By completing your registration and purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "Member") and Who I Really Am (WIRA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization ("WIRA," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of our courses, membership programs, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By enrolling in any WIRA program or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or complete a purchase.
The WIRA Foundations Course is a character development program delivered through our online platform. Enrollment includes:
Buy One, Sponsor One: When you enroll in the WIRA Foundations Course, WIRA will provide a sponsored enrollment to one individual who could not otherwise afford access. This is WIRA's way of multiplying impact through every purchase. The sponsored seat is assigned by WIRA at our discretion.
New members receive a 14-day free trial beginning on the date of enrollment. You will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid being charged, you must cancel your membership before the trial ends.
After your 14-day free trial, your payment method will be automatically charged $35.00 per month on a recurring basis until you cancel. By completing enrollment, you authorize Who I Really Am to charge your card $35/month via Stripe following the conclusion of your free trial.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. WIRA does not store your full credit card information. By providing your payment details, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
⚠️ Your card will be charged $35.00 on the first day after your 14-day free trial ends. Please cancel before that date if you do not wish to continue.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Here's how cancellation works:
Cancellation requests are processed within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation is complete.
Because WIRA is a nonprofit organization operating on believer support, and because the curriculum and sponsored seat access are provided immediately upon enrollment, we maintain the following refund policy:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Access to the WIRA Foundations Course is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials with others is not permitted.
All course content, curriculum materials, character guides, illustrations, videos, written materials, the WIRA Archipelago framework, and all branding elements (including Inrock, Respa, Raja, and the 37 WIRA animal guides) are the exclusive intellectual property of Who I Really Am and are protected by copyright law.
As a member, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not:
You agree to engage with WIRA's programs and community in a manner consistent with WIRA's values of integrity, humility, courage, and respect. You may not use our services to:
WIRA reserves the right to terminate access for any member who violates these standards, without refund.
WIRA's courses and services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we are deeply committed to delivering high-quality character education, we do not warrant that:
Character transformation is a journey. Results depend on individual engagement, commitment, and application of the principles taught.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WIRA, its founders, staff, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services, even if WIRA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to WIRA in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of WIRA services shall first be addressed through good-faith communication with our support team at [email protected].
WIRA may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of our services after changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
