Team & Builders — WIRA | Who I Really Am
The People Behind the Mission

No Grants. No Backers.
Just People Who Believed.

WIRA has never had a single large institutional donor. What grew this organization over sixteen years was something rarer and more durable than money — people who gave their actual lives to it. Mothers, educators, software developers, musicians, writers, and community leaders. They donated their evenings, their professional expertise, and their creative gifts. None of them were paid. All of them changed lives.

The People Who Gave Their
Time & Talent.

Some wrote. Some taught. Some coded. Some recorded music. Some opened doors in schools. All of it mattered. These are the people who built what you see today.

🤝

"This was built the way the best things always are — by people who cared more about the work than the credit."

There is tremendous power that permeates a home where true principles are taught and strong moral character is developed. Who I Really Am will enhance any family culture or educational curriculum — or be a foundation in itself to build upon.

What Sixteen Years of
Donated Labor Built.

When people ask what WIRA has produced, the answer isn't a number — though the numbers are remarkable. It's everything you find on this site, in classrooms across 22 nations, in the homes of thousands of families, and in the hearts of people whose lives were genuinely changed.

Every song. Every lesson. Every story. Every school partnership. Every translated page. All of it was created by a community of people who believed the world needed this framework to exist — and showed up to make it real.

Sixteen Years
in Motion.

From a single philosophical framework to a movement in 22 nations — this is how it happened, one donated hour at a time.

The Beginning
A Vision Takes Shape
Roger M. Anthony articulates the WIRA framework — a philosophical and narrative architecture built around seven islands of transformation and the central question: Who I Really Am?
A Meeting of Missions
Tammy Jensen Finds the Framework
Tammy, a natural leader and networker, connects with Roger and sees immediately what the framework could become. They build together for a season. Then Tammy founds Who I Really Am — and steps fully into her calling to carry the mission forward.
The Community Gathers
Mothers and Educators Show Up
Aubri Johns, Holly Aaron, Beth Southwick, Angie, Tara Reilley, and others join the effort — bringing their professional skills and hours of donated time. No salaries. No funding. Pure mission.
The Music
Songs for Every Island
Original music is composed and produced for each character and island in the curriculum. WIRA becomes not just a framework — but a living, singable experience for children and families.
Going Digital
The Platform Is Built
Jonathan Aaron and the development team build the original WIRA digital platform — available in three languages. Every line of code donated freely to the mission.
Into Classrooms
The Curriculum Enters Schools
Holly Aaron leads school partnerships. WIRA enters classrooms across Missouri and the US. Students who had no direction find purpose. Teachers find renewed vision. Principals call it transformational.
Africa & Beyond
22 Nations
Tammy travels. Partnerships in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, and across East Africa. The framework crosses language, culture, and continent — and works everywhere it lands.
Today
A Free Gift to the World
The Free Foundations Course makes the entire framework available to anyone, anywhere — at no cost. 5,000+ families. 22 nations. One framework. Still no institutional funding. Still growing. Still inviting.

The Mission Isn't
Finished Yet.

The builders are still building. Whether you give time, talent, or treasure — there is a place for you in this story. The world needs this framework. Help us carry it further.
